Lizzy and Mike’s wedding in Greenville SC was an incredibly emotional combination of fun, love, tears and a huge party at the Poinsett Club! The rehearsal dinner on Friday at the Lazy Goat set the tone for the weekend as friends and family gathered from all over the country and even overseas. I get tears every time I watch their emotional first look and Mike’s reaction to seeing Lizzy walking down the aisle at Christ Church. Filming weddings like this is what gives me my passion and love for what I do! Lizzy and Mike, I hope your wedding films will always remind you of the love surrounding you on that very special weekend in November in Greenville!

    Lindsay wrote her wedding day note to Michael before they were even engaged. Watching Michael finally read those words is pretty special. And then there were more tears as Lindsay read Michael’s note. Those are the moments that I love most on the wedding day…truly authentic moments to remember and share with each other now and also later in life. But it wasn’t all tears! Wow, what a party at The Poinsett Club in Greenville. Thank you two for trusting me with your wedding film. What in incredible experience it was for me!

    This is a love story you’ve got to see! Barrett was told by his sister that she had met his wife and that he needed to get on a plane and come meet her! Yes, it’s true! And it all came together with a huge celebration in Greenville SC.

    What a really special weekend this was!  The rehearsal dinner was in downtown Greenville on the Reedy River at Larkins on Friday night and that got things started.  The girls got ready early Saturday at the Poinsett Club and then the ceremony followed at the newly renovated Christ Church Episcopal.  Actually this was the first wedding in the new chapel following a year of renovation.  And then what a party later Saturday night at the Poinsett Club!  The Atlanta Showstoppers were incredible!  Elizabeth and Bedford, thank you so much for allowing me to film your wedding.  I hope this film is special to you for many years to come!

    The word was that Jill is intense! 🙂 Well maybe that’s why this whole wedding weekend was intensely emotional and just plain fun! This wedding had a little of everything…from a ceremony on the beautiful Furman campus to the elegant and historic downtown Greenville reception at the Poinsett Club. Jill and Josue thank you so much for allowing me to create this film for you! I had a lot of tough decisions while I put this together because of all the incredible moments I had captured. I’m so glad I’ll be editing your full feature soon! Can’t wait for that!
