Ashley + Matt | Old Edwards Inn Wedding Film

Ashley and Matt were married at the spectacular Old Edwards Inn in Highlands NC. It is my favorite venue for sure and it’s a special place to Ashley as her family spent a lot of time there when she was growing up. There was a lot of rain in the forecast for the weekend and sure enough it was coming down hard when we met up at the rehearsal dinner. I wasn’t sure what Ashley was thinking about the weather but then she said “isn’t the rain just magical?”! I LOVED that and knew it was going to be a heck of a great weekend…and was it ever! There was a lot of laughter and happy tears during the fun and emotional speeches at the rehearsal dinner and all of that carried over to the wedding day. Ashley and Matt, I can’t thank you enough for trusting me with your wedding film. It has been an experience I won’t soon forget!

Emily + Matt | Old Edwards Inn Wedding Film

Emily and Matt were married at the Old Edwards Inn in Highlands NC on a chilly but beautiful December day! And what an honor to film another wedding for the Huitt family! There are some families that I will remember many years into the future and they are one of them. The words that come to mind for this wedding are cozy, warm and emotional. You’ve got to love it when both the bride and groom have tears during the ceremony. They were truly overcome with happiness. And wow, to have the honor of capturing that for them is so special for me.

Emily and Matt, I hope this short film is very special for many years to come! I can’t thank you enough for trusting us with it.

Kelly + Dylan | Old Edwards Inn Wedding

Kelly and Dylan’s wedding at the Old Edwards Inn in Highlands NC was spectacular! It was a crisp October weekend in one of the most beautiful spots in the world and at one of the premier wedding venues in the country. But the setting isn’t what made their wedding one of the most memorable that I’ve ever filmed. It was Kelly and Dylan. It was their families. It was their friends. It was because Dylan’s father presided over the ceremony. There were tears of joy flowing all weekend from the rehearsal dinner until Kelly and Dylan’s exit on Saturday night.

And what an incredible team of vendors! Toast Events put it all together and made it happen! Wesleyann is one of the premier photographers in the southeast (and also one of the sweetest) and then I Love This Band just put an exclamation point on the whole weekend!

Kelly and Dylan, thank you for trusting me with your wedding film. It has not only been an honor but an emotional journey for me to be immersed into your wedding weekend and then revisiting it in such an intimate way during the editing process. I will remember you and your families for a long time to come.

Jill and Charlie | Wedding Teaser | Greenville SC

As our Saturday wedding in January in Greenville SC approached…so did the big winter storm! We were a bit nervous about how it would turn out. Genya from Vue Photography was coming up from Atlanta along with the incredible Party on the Moon band. Meg and Taylor of Oliver Hooper Events

said we were all a go on Friday and sure enough it turned into the winter wonderland wedding that Jill and Charlie were dreaming of!

Chattooga Club Wedding | Cashiers NC | Mason + Hunter

Mason and Hunter were married at the incredible Chattooga Club in Cashiers NC with a view of the mountain where Hunter proposed. Wow, how many couples find such a perfect location for their wedding? And on top of that, the weather was perfect and Asheville Event Co. out of Asheville NC made sure every detail was in place. Most importantly, Mason and Hunter were surrounded by an intimate group of their closest friends and family. It was truly and honor to have the opportunity to create their wedding film!
